Tutorial on how I made my orange, blue, and pink Zara Larsson skirt (original design by Alineo Studio). I used an orange exercise skirt with pink & turquoise stretch power mesh for the ruffles. Each ruffle was made out of a 24” spiral with a lettuce hem. I used around 6 circles of each color to make it the length and opacity I wanted! The charms were a mix of DIY shrink plastic and ones I’ve purchased Wishing I were back beneath the sun instead of the pouring Chicago rain. Happy August 💚 green folklore dress is custom made by me Not quite my normal craft project, but spent the weekend doing a DIY update of my main closet. We painted the walls a naval blue, installed the IKEA PAX wardrobe system, and added a new light fixture. Big shoutout to my dad for doing all the hard work to make my vision come to life and to my mom for her excellent taste in light fixtures 💕 Ready to see @zaralarsson next week at Lollapalooza! I made a DIY version of one of her multicolored ruffle skirts (original design from @alineo_studio) and added rhinestones to a custom spray painted dolphin shirt. Charms were a mix of keychains I had and some that I made with plastic shrink paper (aka shrinky dinks) Recap of the final 3 cocktails of Christmas: This one is perfect if you like a fruity martini that isn’t too sweet. Rating it a 5/10 but mostly because I don’t think I’m a huge fan of pomegranate 😅
