I recreated one of Zara Larsson’s ruffle skirts using an orange exercise skort, blue and pink four way stretch mesh, orange rhinestones, and a bunch of keychains/charms. I used an orange exercise skirt with pink & turquoise stretch power mesh for the ruffles. Each ruffle was made out of a 24” spiral with a lettuce hem. I used around 6 circles of each color to make it the length and opacity I wanted! The charms were a mix of DIY shrink plastic and ones I’ve purchased
